Took to get inspected today, the results were the following;

High Speed(25mph) Low Speed(15mph)
Standard Current Reading Standard Current Reading
HC(PPM) 174 421 180 352
CO(%) 1.12 10.1 1.01 8.26
CO2(%) 8.1 10
O2(%) 0.02 0.02
Nox(ppm) 1258 257 1378 505
Dilution(%) >6 18.2 >6 18.3

Currently getting Catalytic converter replaced, and was told to put over 100 miles on it. Guess has some waste it needs to burn off after sitting for 9 years *grins*

Your wasting your money, the cat isn't the issue, your pig rich. Your CO is way too high and your HC's suggest a misfire or compression issue.

yeah, you are getting screwed.
simon talked me passed emissions for my Spirit. It was my fault for advancing timing and having the idle low :P
