View Full Version : Newer style ignition coil and mounting bracket

Im looking for the newer style "square" ignition coil, and mounting bracket for my GLHT. These attached to the water neck on the head. I would also like to have the plug in connector for the ignition coil.

I believe these were found on later 80s (ie 89) and early 90s cars.

Got one. Is a non turbo and turbo the same coil?

This one is off a 93 Sundance 2.2 NA.

Its currrently on Ebay right now.

I think I even cut some of the wire off the harness so that it can be wired into a newer style.
The coil is the same just a different style isn't it?

yup, its just the newer style coil that chrysler went to for about every vehicle. my old GLHS had one put in it by the previous owner.

I think they are identical to the ones used across the board. My 96 Ram uses one that looks just like it.
