adjusting e brake on 89 CSX

i've done it on an 88 daytona before, and all i had to do was adjusting a set screw but i dont see that screw on these brakes. so how is it done

You have to take off the rear discs and adjust the adjuster so the shoes just touch the rotor. Its a mini drum setup inside the rotor.
