1986 2.2 Turbo Motor needed

One of my LeBaron friends just got her 1986 Turbo LeBaron painted and then somehow blew her engine. She is about 70 and loves her convertable. So I am trying to help her find a new/used engine without spending a lot of her $.

Her 2.2 Turbo is stock as a rock and she lives here in Santa Barbara 100 miles north of L.A. Anyone have any ideas? Or a motor?
