TIII Stock BOV

I have a stock BOV and a cal set to 15psi. I am pretty sure the BOV will start leaking at like 10psi. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Is there a way to fix the stock BOV? I know you can mod the talon bovs to hold more boost, but can the stock TIII BOV be fixed? If so is there a how-to some where?

I dont believe it can be fixed, it is plastic.
