Is Stage 2 Available for PT Cruisers?

Had a few people ask me if I knew and I have no idea. I hope someone here can provide the answer. If so, what is all involved with upgrading it to that spec?

No, but look at the FS section. SebringLX is an SCT dealer and has them on sale for dirt cheap and he also has a stage 1 and his own stage 2 cannned tunes. For the price it can't be beat.

But to answer what you need for stage 2, you need stage 2 injectors and the 3 bar map/tip combo. The map/tip is on back order from mopar iirc but pt-performance just came out with their own that's alot cheaper.

3 bar map is not a map clip.
It is the map sensor that comes with the stage 2/3 kits.

Not sure, it would really depend on what supporting mods you have. SebringLX would be able to answer this better, he wrote the tune and has experience with it on PT's.

No, the MAP and TIP are two different sensors. Need both for a 3 bar rescale.

An adjustable aftermarket one would be a good idea.

You need, 3 Bar MAP and TIP sensors, as has already been stated.

Stage 2 injectors are 682cc/min, and can be picked up used from srtforums.com fairly cheaply most of the time.

650cc aftermarket injectors would be more than enough if you can't find Stage 2 injectors. Most aftermarket injectors are rated at 43.5psi, where all the stock and stage PT/SRT injectors are rated at 58psi.

I am also putting the finishing touches on the first ever Stage 3 PT Cruiser... which has the complete Stage 3 SRT-4 upgrade installed on it, minus the Stage 3 PCM.
