OK, I got the pictures loaded. LMK what you think. I'm pretty proud, this ranks right at the top for personal butchery.

I'd be willing to try :thumb:. Seems like it adds some variables. A question comes to mind, how much does your TBI header effect the placement of your turbo? If I throw a TBI header together (so I can have a mock up to work with), will that put me close enough to simulate your set up to eliminate problems with the downpipe and exhaust lining up? I ask this because I have seen several TBI headers (all home built) and all the turbo mounting flanges have varied by a couple of degrees and this in turn effects the mounting of the exhaust. I would use a header flange to mount the downpipe, the use of a braided flex joint may be enough to take care of alignment issues. Or I could just tack the header flange in place, this would alllow you to check the alignment and modify it if needed.
