Does anyone know what the TPS voltage should be set at uring closed throttle?

It has a 3 volt sweep from closed to fully open. Mine is set at .35 volts fully closed (at idle) and 3.49 at WOT

Should I set it to have closer to 1.0 volt when closed to have close to 4.0 volts at WOT?

Based on data logs from 3 different cars, the TPS voltage range is right around .9v fully closed with 3.7v to 4.04v at WOT.

So I'd guess that the .3v to 3.5v range would be too low.

I suppose I'll adjust it.

mine are .66-.68 to I think like 3.58v The ECU resets it's closed throttle voltage when you turn the key on, and registers anything over 3.5v as WOT. So you're ok.

I've never measured two that had the same range...and what he said about resetting, otherwise TB adjustment would mess things up....

You can adjust it but once you turn off the key, it resets. If you go to high, then you'll mess up the way it runs and you'll have a fast idle with driveability issues.

For what ever reason, I had twisted the prong on the throttle body witch makes contact with the TPS to lower the voltage. (did this a few years ago and not sure why)

As for the resetting thing, if that was the case, adjusting it wouldn't do a thing but it does. I had slotted my TPS and now it reads slightly higher and I have turnned the key off, back on and it does register higher now 3.70 at WOT which is over the 3.5 I was looking to surpass.

The car runs fine.
