it just started doing it i can't figusr it out what could it be?86s/c stager 3 glhs fwd computer +40s gasket matched head intake exhaust ill check the cam timing later today....


P.S i can't ever set my cam gear at the right place so can anyone take a quick pic of there cam gear when the car is at tdc please please please please please

Sounds like the wastegate isn't opening or something. You check the vacuum line running to the actuator?

Okay are you free revving it in neutral and it's building boost? Yah they'll do that sometimes.

If not, what the hell you talkin' bout? ;)

sorry that sounds funny but ya last night while the car is in neutral i can build boost just bye revving up the motor without putting a load on the motor

If you're talking like 5 psi or less, that's pretty normal. I haven't seen a t.d. that doesn't do that. Also the boost gague may be off.

Same here. I actually have never owned a TD that would do it.

thats a feature, not a bug :D

mine will do it if i sit on the rev limiter: 15psi == 100ft tire marks, gotta love an atb

with a D-valve, 3inch SV and 3inch downpipe on a Garrett turbo I could nail off like 10 psi free revving that, it made for some sweet turboXS RFL bov action :)

Some day I have go tto cobble up a D-valve setup. I have been wanting to do it for a while now.
