How do you guys get yours off....and back on? I really don't want to buy every special tool the FSM mentions. Thanks!

Go to autozone and rent a tool.

I did.

Tomorrow I'll bead blast and paint the pulley (as well as the other pulleys).

She's starting to look good :thumb:

If you have the correct tool, its a snap unless it is rusted onto the shaft (Can that happen in So Cal?). If thats the case, load it up with some PB Blaster...

It came right of with the proper tool....no problem.

And no...not much rust around here. Unless it's imported from the midwest!
