I need to replace the weatherstripping and the window to repair some damage. I am guessing there is not easy why to swap this on a P-body? It looks like the weatherstripping riveted in the channel of the door. And the window, tracks and regulator are also riveted in. :(

I found this...

REMOVAL

1. Wind window to full down position. Push off top of panel.
2. Remove screw from regulator handle.
3. Remove handle.
4. Lift up cover over 3 screws on arm rest.
5. Remove 2 screws on bottom of arm rest.
6. Remove arm rest.
7. Slide door handle plate to rear to remove.
8. Remove watershield carefully.
9. Angle door glass so it slides off regulator, and pull up and out of door.
10. The door glass is riveted onto channel. There is also 2 rivets at back end of glass at the top and bottom. The channel has to be preassembled onto the glass with rivets for installation.
11. On the mirror edge of the door, there are 2 plastic guides riveted to the glass. (The guides should be able to be reused.)
12. The rear guide at the back of the glass is held on with a rivet. (The rear guide can be reused.)
13. Drill out and replace rivet when installing the glass. The rear guide pushes back into the back channel.
14. Remove channel from regulator.
15. Remove rivets from channel.
16. Drill out rivets from 2 rear guides.

INSTALLATION

1. Attach guides to rear edge of new door glass.
2. Rivet lower channel.
3. Angle glass down in door to line up to regulator and slide onto regulator.
4. Snap the rear edge guides into place with a firm push.
5. Reverse remaining steps as in removal procedure.
