What p/n in a NGK or Denso iridium plug( or other brand Iridiums) would be a good substitute for a Champion RN11yc4? Vehicle is mostly a daily driver but sometimes extend freeway runs
2.5l intercooled max boost at 15psi

RN11YC4? are those the fancy ones with the 4 little tips on them?
I just run the Champions, RN9YC plugs or the stock RN12YC in a more stocker car. NGK V-Power plugs are decent too.
Fancy plugs dont really make more HP, kinda like snake oil...

OK, looked it up, it means wide gap. So they would have to be gapped down quite a bit to get to .035"
I'd probably just run the RN12YC if your only running 15psi and mostly stock?

I like the Iridiums as they last forever, V-power last an oil change, :(

what brand and p/n iridiums are you using? My main concern that as a daily driver with our ambient temps at 100F+ degrees in a car that already runs somewhat hot, i need a step or two colder plug than stock.

I run BR9EIX, they are a cold, recessed plug, awesome for detonation control,

Maybe in your van that eats every part ;)
In a stock car (even my 'stock' T-II shadow) the v-power or even Champions last forever :thumb:

V-power don't even last in N/A stuff, they are a soft plug, :o
