View Full Version : Adjustable track bar question

First off I'll say that I am not knocking someones product, but that I just need an honest first hand opinion on it.

I'm really considering the CSracer adjustable trackbar since I really dont want to bother cleaning up and fixing my existing one (slightly kinked @ one end) but with reading about using the heim joints. They wont holdup well in a salt/rustbelt enviroment ? The car it would be going on is my semi DD. its not a pampered trailer/track/garage car where everyday exposure wouldnt be a problem. Its a working car

I'm sure if you grease them they will last for some time. You could also pick up another set for relatively cheap when the finally wear out too.

i've had mine on my car for about 2 years now, I removed it about 2 months ago to move it to a new car and those heim joints were line new. I live in maryland where we have all kinds of weather with salty roads and all

If you are really concerned pick up some rod ends with grease certs and make it part of your regular maintanence
