Last group of pics.

I bought this car in 2004 and did some cosmetic work to it like new headliner, replaced a tail light surround that was cracked, new speakers. I also rebuilt the front suspension w/ new poly bushings and ball joints on a spare k-frame that I had. I gave Steve the k-frame when he bought the car and he installed it and did all the other work to it.

This car is 1 of 269 Daytona C/S competition package cars built in 1989. Only 21 of the 269 had the taupe interior which this car has.

The car is extremely solid except for that driver's side rocker panel. I would buy the car back but have too much on my plate as it is. Steve is a good seller to work with!

Did this car have dealer added AC at one point?

Looks like it had factory AC...

If you look at the pic of the data plate it has an HCD code on it. All 89 AGS package Daytonas had NO ac from the factory (check the production sheets here www.sdacncc.org/SDACNCC5.htm). This one appears to be dealer added, it looked all factory from what I could tell.

and real nice G body!

The knock is a bad one. It will need a shortblock rebuild for sure. But since the tank is out of it, no easy way to start it back up.

This car is now sold.

Can anyone tell me the correct way to mark this thread/post as SOLD? I looked and looked but could not find it. Something like the other list does.

Thanks, Steve
