I have a adjustable cam sprocket on my 2.5 and I want to know how i can adjust it for more power I am running a ported G head ported header with a 50 trim turbonetics turbo. Right now my engine only has 7 inches of vacuum so i assume that the timing is off a bit. I have heard that adjusting it to have 15 inches of vacuum can be a good starting point.
Any tips appreciated!

Before you play around with the gear, re-check your cam timing as you normally would to make sure all the timing marks are in alignment. Once you have done that, you can then start playing with your adjustable pulley to suit your needs.

Generally, advancing the cam will shift the power band towards the lower end, retarding the cam will shift the powerband upwards.
