Ok, I have seen many threads on this. I've never done this before but will want to with my 88 shelby z, as I am planning on pulling all the interior plastic when I get the car painted.

I do not have any experience with painting or have the guns, tools.

Will the stuff from the can work good? And what is it called, brand?

Also I see that someone knows the codes for interiors, how can I find this?

I want it to turn out really good, so any adivce and suggestions are appreciated!

I've had good luck with the SEM brand stuff in a can. I sprayed a couple replacement interior pieces on my car and you can't tell they aren't original. I used their trim black on the t-top trims and it looks good as well.

+1 for SEM in a spray can. I used the trim black and a satin black for interior and it looks factory and its pretty tough stuff if you prep it right:thumb:

This thread shows some pics on my Omni 024 when I redid the interior. I bought the paint from Eastwood. I works great on the the plastics, but not so much on the seats.
