I sold my old custom chopped I/C so I had to Take a trip to the local yard where they have everything junked from Freightliners to fridges and snagged this out of an International Eagle.

The core is solid and the tubes are 5/16" thick and there are 31 tubes totall so it will be enough to make two 10 tubed I/Cs (EBAY!) and one 11 Tube I/C.. (MINE). the core itself is 20"wide x 25" tall x 3" thick.

This is gonna cool air boys.

It might cool air, but by cutting it into thirds you will essentially triple the pressure loss through the core. This will contribute to longer spoolup times and it will cost you horsepower. Not a good way to go IMO.

Why not cut it the other way to keep the flow? You could probably get a few stock sized intercoolers with much better end tanks. That or custom fit that sucker in a stripped Van with no A/C.
