I was told the Lebaron convertibles had aluminum spare skinnies. Any truth to this and if so what years? Every one I found at the JY were steel.

I cannot confirm that, but somewhat related a 2k2 Neon ACR I parted out had an aluminum compact spare. I don't know if it was specific to ACR's but I have never seen aluminum spare in any other Neon.

I met a guy at the races with an SRT-4 and he had them on the back of his car. He told me they came from Lebaron convertibles.

I would think the big brake cars would.

I've parted out a few 88-90 Lebaron verts and they were all the regular steel spares, maybe the newer ones?

I don't know, but I want two of them.

My 95 and 90 'Baron 'Vert's both had steel spares. The 90 had a pizza cutter and the 95 had a full size.

I wonder if they were from a GM or VW.
