The Buckeye Chapter will have its 4th. annual Club Swap Meet on Saturday April 4th. This is open to all SDAC National and Chapters members. This will be a rain or shine event. If it does rain we can move indoors. Opening time is 11am till 4pm. The location is Stick Shift City (body shop) in Grafton, zip code is 44044. If any one would like to attend and would like the address for directions or has questions please pm me.

Im still in the air :) I got my computer yesterday and it runs alot better but today on the freeway in the mits of a spirited run I look in the rearview and see a white cloud following me (oh snap WTF!!!!) so I limp it home thinking a headgasket and as it turns out my coolant feed line has gone bad and is leaking rather badly so ive got a new one on the way. Long story short im still thinking about it.

Here is another way to look at it. Chuck my buddy is about as reliable as Ohio weather So if he does show up to go to Cinncy thats where im going, If he dont I'll be headed your way. Again he is EXTREMELY unreliable

On another note, i noticed my oil press dropping a couple psi the last few weeks of driving it so i decided to pull the pan and inspect everything. what do i find, chewed up oil pump/int. shaft gears and wasted rod bearings and a wasted no. 3 main bearing.:mad: So now im trying to get Steve to come of his 89 t2 motor that i could pretty much just drop in and go. Come on Steve, help a brother out:D
Basically my car is down for a few, right after i got everything done to hook up the ic.....Just my luck.

yeah, it sure does... Steve came through, so i have an 89 t2 w/the 4 pinion 555 to try and get in and running by friday. while tossing in some new bearings and seals and whatever else it may need. might have to get my brother to help..

Thats usually the best way. Worked for the issue I had with the Rampage

Glad to hear that it was a good turn out. I really wanted to come, but due to health issues, I didn't think I had enough energy to make the trip this time. I wanted to load up the trailer and bring a bunch of Lebaron and Daytona interior parts, but it just wasn't in the cards.
I am planning on going to SDAC. I am going to try to get my Doc to take me off the Chemo for a couple weeks before, so I can build up a little more energy. Glad you all had a good meet, I wish I could have been there! :(

Thanks for all the well wishes. I am doing pretty good. I' still looking at the right side of the grass. ;) I am still working every day except I take off on Thrus Noon (for my $33k/mo Chemo Treatments) and come back in on Friday noon. I just don't have much energy and if I have to walk or stand a lot, I get some discomfort in my bladder (where the cancer matasized to from the colon). All the prayers and well wishes are very much appreciated. I WILL be at SDAC along with my son Mark. His car is about ready to fire off, with a Cindy Stage 5 SBEC-II cal and 3 bar map.
Jay; yes let me know when you get details on caravaning down there and we will try to join you. I think we are just going down on Sat. and coming back Sunday after the car show.
