So i found that they made different cables sizes, and the one from my stock a525 wont fit my a555. Its wayyy to long...

if someone has one from a a555/a520 that they would like to trade for an almost brand new a525 cable that would be nice!!!!

Please PM ME <----

sometimes i forget to come back here and look...

thanks

When I converted to a 555 from a 525 I didn't have to change the clutch cable in my G body.

well mine is different for sure...maybe i have the other year of the a555

i know this cable works/worked because it was fine when i had the a525 in it, and now its way to long. I did some reading on here and found that there are 3 or 4 different cables that were used at one point.

My a525 cable is about 3 inches too long...i took my clutch pedal apart to see if there was something wrong and everything looks fine and there is only 1 position that the clutch arm can go onto the splines on the tranny so that cant be it either....unless the a525 clutch arm and a555 clutch arm are different some how?!?!?!?! but i dont think that either

If you can't find the cable you need you could grind out the notch on the T/O shaft to reposition the arm. I've done that B4.
