Anyone had an issue if so where do they tend to crack?

sorry, didn't look to see that it was in VNT section...any part that has a lot of heat in a concentrated area will crack, but typically the cracks don't hurt anything

That's what I was thinking but I've heard about cracked housings but nothing specific. I took it upon myself to satisfy my own curiosities by taking a "believed" bad vnt turbo apart to see how it works. It's a trick little f****r! I see why it can't flow on the exhaust side but I did see a crack inside where the exhaust is directed into the vanes. It looks like it gets hotter than hell and I can't see any NOT cracking there. It's totally superficial like the cracks between the valve seats of our heads.
