:eyebrows: It was only 8 or so miles from me, just two towns over. Notice anything that would indicate it is something other than a run-O-the-mill TC Masi:D? Older man, maybe 70's selling it for his son who is 'in Europe'. Dad doesn't know much about the car nor does he want to hassle with it. He just wants it gone (for a pretty low price, less than I've paid for my two other TC's:))

...I didn't buy it:o It had lots of small flaws that I could overlook but one major one that I couldn't:mad:

Who the Muther F'in F--- puts DOHC badges on a F'in auto/TII car:banghead::mecry::confused: Thing is, they look pretty factory in their position and using the factory yellow/white colored doublestick tape. Go figure:(

You know Tom, I'd be happy for you if you found another car you wanted for next to nothing. Not sure why you be elated that I didn't but then I never really get you anyway:confused:

You know I could use a couple sets for other projects Dave, you wanna sell some of em:D? I offered to buy just the badges but he wouldn't gor for it at $100. + the piece of passenger side rear wheel stainless trim that he is missing. I just happened to have the correct piece in the back of the Rampage from a J Yard TC from a couple weeks ago.:thumb: He did want the stainless but was unwilling to go the $100. I wanted for it. I'd prolly sell it for $10. to anyone else but after what this guy's car put me through I wasn't gonna drop the price for him:p

Maybe it was originally a Masi car originally and it had too much power for him and had it converted.

Alan crawled in the tail pipe, through the entire workings of the car and verified it as a legitimate T2 Maserati.:amen:

Alan is in the land of SOHC/V6 TC's, he tunes out as soon as he establishes it's either one of those. I see 1-2 TC's per week, fun but they dont get my adrenalin up... If I am gonna be sleeping on the couch for a month (for bringing home another car:o) it *HAS* to be for a 16V car or a Whittier car that is exceptionally nice. I just don't have any room out here:( If I had the room to store projects, I would have dozens:amen:
