Are you using rubber lines for the head drains or braided lines? Did you put any kind of protective heat wrapping on your drains with them being close to to manifold like that? Mine are at the same place as yours and I'm worried about the heat breaking down my hoses. Also can you take a measurement from the flange of the head where the exhaust manifold bolts up to the flange where the turbo bolts up? Just a reference so I can make sure my setup will fit with no firewall hammering. Thanks!

the oil returns are pushlock lines. the fittings are long enough that i dont worrie about the heat from the exhaust. The best thing you can do with your exhaust if your making the same style i have is to tack weld the log togeather. bolt the turbo flange to the turbo and test fit it in the best sopt where you see fit. My next manifold I might mount the turbo ontop.

I'm using an obx header for an srt4 and its a top mount. I think it should fit with no problems. I am using pushlock also, but my header tubes stick out really far, so is real close to the rubber hose on both sides. I think im going to heat wrap the header tubes and get heat sleeves for the drains.

it was easy. like with mounting any aftermarket seat you'll have to mod the stock tracks and make brackets to bolt to the seat.

So after running into an oil in the combustion chambers issue I'm gonna be honing out the cyls and installing fresh rings. If all goes well the 16v will be back in the car and running by new years.
