Just a few pics of the upper intake after porting. Wish we would have a freak warm streak so I can get the lower and exhaust manifold off to work on them.

Better measure thickness on the half moon side (facing firewall). Gets pretty thin after aggressive porting. I have gone through in this area before. I've also heard of others that have founds leaks in this area after installation. I'd weld up those areas to be on the safe side.
