I have McCord old design, it leaks a little. But I just take the whole unit off and bolt on a plate and it'll pass emission just fine. *both CA and AZ.

been working to much to really get to play with it, heck I haven't even driven the car with it installed yet. anyway...from what little i have messed with it I don't hear any noticable leaks.

I just got mine (McCord) in the mail 3 days ago. I got the 3", should have it on in the next 3-4 days.
