Every Friday night I hit the cruise night at the BigBoy near NBC studios where Jay hangs sometimes. I got there too late to see him. Lots of old school hot rods, bikes, classics etc. So I'm checking out the cars, girls etc. when RUMBLE RUMBLE gound starts shaking I turned around and creamed my jeans twice, chills ran up and down my spline. In pulls a 70 LEMON TWIST YELLOW HEMI CONVERTBLE CHALLENGER R/T.:hail: So after I stop drooling I talk to the owner ( Hemi George ) about the car. George builds race Hemi's for a living, under the hood was a 850 HP cross ramed roller camed motor. Paint was a week old, other than the motor + paint it was all original. This car ran 10.50's on street tires and idles at 1800 rpm. I couldn't stop looking at this car for aleast an 1/2 hr it was SOOOO beautiful. Later I got the once in a lifetime chance to hand start a 1915 Model T Ford that looked like it was just dragged out of a field. Even thu I missed Jay Leno I had a great night.

If that Challenger was the real deal (1 of 8 Hemi Convertibles) that was better than seeing J-LenO:thumb: Now if it was Jay Leno and Tim Allen........JK

I saw one of those here in MN. There's one in a car museum. I'm not sure who owns it, but I did see it a few years later at the "Mopar's in the Park' car show.
