I am about to do a batch build of a turbo headers for the 3L V6. If anybody here is interested contact me. Cost should be about $560 plus shipping for a bare header and $610 for a ceramic coated header.

If you are interested, PM me or email me at ed@kmperformance.com.

Thanks

Ed,

Sounds like you're looking to set up a group buy? LMK, I can move your post to that section :thumb:

Hoping some people get on the bandwagon instead of selling their cars at the last moment :P

I have one more person that is going to send me a deposit on the 21st, so I am setting that as the tentative deadline unless I hear anybody else that wants to join in. After that, I will start ordering materials.

Thanks!

The flanges have arrived. Fabrication should begin soon.

Also, those that paid only the $100 deposit need to pay the remainder of the deposit. $185 uncoated/$205 coated.

The header sits over the rear valve cover like this.

Hmm. I would like to see more pics. The only setup i've seen previously that put the turbo there has poisoned my mind on it.. Your setup is almost certainly better than that, though...

haha, its not exactly in the same spot lol. That one was sitting right over the master cylinder.

Ed did my rear manifold back before I had a welder. i was nitpicky about its design (using the 90's instead of T's). His current header uses an external wastegate that dumps out front like mine :)

Thanks, any info is appreciated....I want to get working on my car and I'm impatient....:D
