Turbo Valve Cover refinish

I have a 89 turbo valve cover that I want refinished. Does anybody on here do the refinishing. Not sure if I want powdercoating or not. It sure does look good, just not sure on the going price. Is this had to do yourself? I do want it in the wrinkle black with a good shine on the chrome parts. Let me know thoughts and ideas.
