Hey everyone, my csx-t is in the body shop getting new paint
if you have any clear pics of your csx-t (any condition) specifically
the decals, could you please post them? I want to print out examples
of where each decal should be placed. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

WOW! Awesome pics!

The seats on the 89 wearing out? That the reason for the red inserts?

I go 300cforums a lot, not sure people over there would really appreciate them. Do you know about the reproduction rear apron that Johnny at Polybushings made for the '89? With the $$ you have invested, might top it off to get the original look back.

Great collection though - the Charger too. Very nice!:clap::clap:

Bumper was pretty torn up, and I had a perfect one in the garage that I finally gave away because I couldn't sell it for two years.

I do really miss that car though.

I want to get a CSX-T one day hopefully after the storm blows over at home and otherwise. Sweet cars guys. I know where there are a couple right now. Shadow based cars drive very nicely!

The car was so badly rusted that the control arm broke off the K-member in a parking lot one night. I removed the side gfx with no tools. And it had a salvage title. It should have been crushed before I ever saw it, but I gave it a two year extension on life. There was nothing more I could do.

I already got the pics I needed, the car should be done by the beginning of next week and I'll definitely post them. That sucks about that CSX-T being crushed, it truly is a shame to see a numbered car go but hey you can't save them all right? And plus it just makes mine more valuable. I don't plan on selling my car though, I plan to restore/modify it as I go and enjoy the fact that I will almost never see another like on the road where I live. :eyebrows:

Nice! Looks like a good project. Make sure you check the gas tank for rust. Sitting for long periods seems to make them rust and flake real bad in to the gas. Did on my GLHS anyway. Nice find!

No dash plaque so I don't know the number.
Can any one here convert (do you have a list?) the VIN to know what my dash number is?

Hey Johnny nice find, it has really low miles, how's the interior look? Any rust? I'm sure youll enjoy it once you get it running! Take care of those wheels, they are hard to find. Check out mine!!! http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33384

Things that have been replaced
1.New Headliner
2.New rack & pinion/ps pump/hoses
3.Fuel pump
4.Paint job
5.Tires/and also added front sway bar

Future plans:
2.5"exhaust from dp all the way back/ordered from cindy
t2 intercooler setup/hks bov
tinted windows
original wheels
upgraded computer/more boost of course...

Mine needs a headliner also, it is sagging.
NO rust.
Interior is good, car was taken care of. As I said, it has been sitting
since 1996.
Yours looks GREAT!

Johnny
