As title states, does anyone know where to get the Chrysler specific ex. housing discharge flange? It doesn't need to have a wastegate flapper in it or anything, I just need the flange. Thanks for the help.

Believe it or not, Ebay has them.

Sure do, but I've never done any cast welding... any tips or tricks? I'm all for it, just need a backup plan.

Thanks for the link Simon. Anyone ever bought from him? It's in Miami so that's decently close to me so shipping wouldn't take too long.

JT- header is done and looks great. I got my hands on a Tial and thought it might be a nice update rather than the 2.25" swingvalve! However, a dyno test of just the header then put on the external afterwards is a possibility. I'm just lazy!

cast... just need to use the right (nickel?) rod, and it helps to pre-heat it before welding.

Cool deal, pics? ;)

I feel as though for nearly $50 for that flange including shipping that I could go to a local machinist and get one made. That's absurd.

Nope, just surfing around one day and saw his ad.

Well it also includes a turbo inlet flange too, which sounds like you don't need. Plus it doesn't help that they are 304 SS.

Maybe email the guy and ask if he'll do just the 5 bolt outlet flange in mild steel, unless you want SS than ask him how much just for the outlet flange.

I retract my previous statement. Good catch Matt, I thought that was just for the outlet flange. Now I think it's a fine price!

My bad!

Nope, Picture shows both but the add says it can be bought for an additional 29.99 in another auction.

Oh snap it's true, I had to read it again but it's at the end of the paragraph thats above the pic. Thats very misleading to have the pic of both, and start off the paragraph by saying ''these 2 flanges''.
The auction is only for the 5 bolt flange, the inlet flange is not included! WTF!
Sorry Aaron, hope you didn't buy it! You can retract your retraction now!

I guess I can read better than I thought, ha!

Here are the pics. I think it turned out pretty well for 12 hours or so worth of work.
