I am making a header for my car and was wandering if there was anybody that made exhuast flanges that bolt to the head?

Yeah TU has 1/2'' flanges for exhaust, they just aren't on the website. Contact Chris@ 602-762-6678

Yes 1/2'' at TU, less warping issues.

No, but just chop off the flange from a 1 piece intake. That way you don't even have to make the holes for the injectors either.

True, but most (if not all) seperate the runners to decrease warpage...if not that flange is so strong due to it's thickness that when it does warp (...and it will) that it will break the welds. Due to this I feel that thinkness can actually be a hindrance...just keep that in mind when building your header.
