Garrett t-1 converted to t-2

I have a garrett turbo that is converted to t-2 status. Comes with 2.25 s/v, wastegate can, and adapter plate (shown here:http://turbosunleashed.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=111_114&products_id=39).

Turbo has shaft play, it didn't smoke but no guarantees.

Here are the pics, swingvalve isnt fully attached, also none of the swingvalve bolts broke when taken out (it had a 2.5in swingvalve on previously) so you don't have to worry about tapping them out:
