i recently replaced the clutch and flywheel on the daytona, and throughout the entire process i thought the auto tensioner for the clutch was broken on the back of the pedal since there was ALOT of slack in the line.
i already tried to push it to the ground and pull it back up numerous times and nothing happens. the way i installed the cable back to the clutch, i pulled it down with a pair of vicegrips untill the butt end was through the hole, put the rubber grommet and the piece of metal over top and shizam it was done.
i swapped pedals with a shadow pedal that i had and knew worked but no luck. the clutch pedal is SUPER soft and wont engage the clutch unless its slammed to the floor. the auto tensioner is trying to work cause it will move up and down, but nothing seems to take up the rest of the slack...
any ideas?
