Does such a thing exist for my 91 Daytona? It's a A523 mated to a 2.5 TBI.

I don't like how the petal is compared to my Shadow. The Shadow has clutch action for the whole swing of the petal whereas the Daytona does not. The Tona's clutch is still fine and doesn't slip at all so I know that's not the problem. Thanks!

The adjustment is automatic. Pull towards you slightly with the toe of your left foot on the clutch pedal to see of it needs adjustment. If you look (or feel) on the backside of the clutch pedal there is a spring and two plastic pieces with teeth in them. That's the adjuster mechanism.

So then do you have to manually adjust it out if you replace the clutch?

It will release when you physically pull on the cable by the trans clutch arm. Try it, you'll be surprised.

And when you install the cable, you just pull back on the pedal assembly to set it again.
