well the exterior of the van needed a lil help so i went and got some cans of duplicolor truck bed coating :D and gave it a 2tone look, up top is stock gloss black, bottom is the duplicolor, shouldnt have no more scratched up paint on the bottom half now :D gave it some fresh silver pinstripes too also had a mopar STAGE ? badge made and put it on the back gate were the chrysler star used to be . i think for about a cost of $60 total it looks better now

I don't like it, I would have either done it all gloss or all flat black, both looks weird?

well the top of the vans paint was in good cond, it was the bottom that was all messed up so thats why i only did the bottom, i was gonna do it all in flatblack but im liking the 2 tone look its got going on  and it looks flat back but its truck bed coat so it has that ruff textured look up close, its officially a battle wagon now

just gave it a quick sanding with a 320 grit , then wiped it down with some grease and wax remover, its duplicolor truck bedliner so that stuff adheres to anything so i wasnt to streesing the prep work, cause the ruff texture would hide any small imperfections anyway , needs some black srt4 rims then it will be good :)

Cool, I may be painting my new project in a similar fashion, still deciding on color though...

Looking good.

You can tell people the texture is to energise the boundary layer like the dimples on a golf ball :D

I think that would look pretty good with dog dish caps on.

I agree.

With no chrome and flat paint, a set of chrome dog dish center caps would jump out at you like the monster in a bad horror movie. Really make it catch the eye...

The Rampage is at Line X right now, the dude was soo trying to talk me into doing the whole truck instead of just the bed:D I may actually go back for some interrior spray but not on the bodywork thanks. That stuff is like Herpes, aint no going back once you have it;)

I like the fact you can apply it with a roller. That seems comical to me.

you can if you buy the bedliner in a quart size can, i bought the rattlecan bedliner, easier. although the roll on would prolly be best if it were actually for a truck bed, lol!
