questions about intercoolers

#1 what size in the inlet and outlet on a stock r/t ic?
#2 can you have a ic thats to big?
#3 what do you think a good size ic would be for about 18 psi out of a t3? im looking at something about 25x7x2.5 is this over kill?
i want to be able to hide it behind the grill.

#1, 2.25" if I remember correctly
#2, possibly, but you'll never find it, people run big NPR's and Powerstrokes on these cars and they work fine.
#3 Seems fine (basically an SRT4 ic), I'm running a small NPR on my Omni, and I'll be pushing 18 psi.
