Turbo intake. fitment with TBI exhaust manifold

as the title implies. will the regular 1 piece or 2 piece turbo intake work with the stock TBI exhaust manifold ? any clearence or fitment issues to worry about ??

It will clear the intake, no problems there.

The flex fuel cars ran the one piece and a standard exhaust.

I've got a flex fuel ecu sitting around here gathering dust too. I wouldn't mind getting rid of it. It came off a '94 I believe.
