HELP! mitsu with no boost

put a vacuume block on hooked the wastegage to it and not getting boost. what should i hook the nipple on the tubo and the compresser housing to

If you aren't going to use the outlet on the turbo for the waste gate actuator, then I would just cap it off. I know all the garretts are 1/8th NPT.

You should still be getting some boost. About 6-7PSI.
