Hey guys. On my blue shelby the previous own decided to rig up the exhaust, well, the d/p is alittle different...and i think he said he changed the swingvalve, so the exhaust opening is not the same as stock...now i am trying to get a exhaust donut to fit properly..i know i gotta measure the d/p side...but how would i go about measuring the swingvalve side..The inner of the hole? the outer?

Use your credit card or any other card to measure.

2.25 inch swingvalve, there is the large flange (88) and the small flange (84-87). From my experience, small flange usually have the EGR hole either connected to the EGR tube or plugged.

2.5 inch swingvalve (89)

Difference between large and small flange, see the plug for EGR?

Thanks for the pics! I have the 2.5" one...I needed a 3" inside Diameter exhaust donut to seal things up...put a new one on last night...took care of that exhaust leak and the stumbly idle. :thumb:
