I have a Turbo Plus unit (P4452781) here, I thought I'd share some pictures of it.

Stage 1 turbine wheel, Garrett .63 Chrysler turbine housing, T3 60 trim wheel, with machined out .42 TII compressor housing.

Stock TII compressor housing, not polished or anything. Nothing special, other than it is machined inside.

On the inlet tube, what does the step look like? stock?

It's smaller than stock. That's where they machined for the larger inducer dia.
Nice to see some measurements of the MP+ posted. I never snapped pic's of the one in my ride for Jay to see.

I had one of those om my page a long time ago. I seem to remember reading somewhere it was the same compressor wheel as a TIII turbo car went 11.79 with that turbo and a 2.2 8v auto
