When Is it needed,And is that why I cant boost over 13 PSI with the boost controler turned up all the way.I was boosting fine when the swingvalve moved,then it froze compleatly and had to be replaced with a new 2.5 inch(same that I had)I did open it up a bit then I installed and wraped the down pipe,but it runs fine otherwise.Also the boost does go down as the RPM goes up.

If the actuator rod is not adjustable, you can try to shim the actuator bracket with thin washers to see if that helps increase boost.

+1 I used the extra washers from the MP head bolt kit. I was able to get about 22PSI out of my small can very reliably while it was shimmed.

I will give it a shot next time im under the hood,so probably tomarow or the next day..
