Not bad, kinda of like my stethoscope ears I use to isolate noises. At the dealer, we had an electric one with 6 or so remote mounted microphones, that would work really well I would think.

it looks more reliable than the factory knock sensor/OTC combo that alot of us use including myself. the response time is much better at least. im definitely going to build one. :)
