Is this true? And if it is, what exactly does it mean? Are the two sites going to merge?

I heard of the dispute, but never worried about it because both sites had a lot of information. Then when I actually had the pleasure of speaking with RickP aye, I realized he is completely unwilling to help members. Unless they have deep pockets...
