edit - whoops, thanks guys, no longer an issue -- looks like one of the relays in the PDC went south. starts fine now.

Stick a P pump on it and call it a day..... :D

Sorry I know that doesn't help much, LOL. I don't know much about the electronic injection pumps except they are plagued with problems.
