I was wondering if there is anyone making an exhaust manifold for the t1 cars that uses a ford style t3 turbo flange

You can redrill yours to a TIII flange or modify it like I did. I bolted on a 1/2 plate and ground out the plate and manifold, put the turbo in the exact spot as the stock Chrysler flange. If you redrill the stocker, it sits too high and the DP has to be cut up and reworked. There are some headers with the T3 flange kicking around.

Its a n/a tbi manifold modifed for turbo use.
