I want to cut the old one off, due to heavy corrosion. The cable is frayed and nasty. Only question is, is this the right part?

I'm currently in need of a parking brake cable for my h body. Apparently there is 3 parts to the cable.

Seeing as I've ordered 5 parts from rock auto and 4 of them were wrong, I thought I'd ask. I have the smaller parts that go to the hubs, I need the part from the handle to the joiner thingy.
