question about turbos

I understand the mitsubishi turbo is used on turbo I applications and the turbo II motor has a Garrett and the turbo IV cars use a Garrett VNT.

whats the S60 and S70 application?

also I keep seeing a .63 turbine housing, whats this all about?
my stock Turbo II Garrett has .42 stamped in the outlet.
