would this be a good upgrade over stock? I have a built and forged longblock. I am shooting for 350hp in my 87 sc. I plan on running 25psi on a ported and polished head with bigger valves, with +40's custom cal and 3 bar map. There is alot more to my setup than this, just wandering about the IC. I am a bit low on funds and this is pretty cheap.

What turbo do you have?
For intercooler, you're looking for something that flows well and cools well. Get the biggest you can fit.

What brand is it, where did you get it, and how much did it cost?
I have a garrett gt25 tubo. Eventual plans will call for something bigger but this thing spools instantly and pulls hard.

Mine is an XS Power (yes I know its an off brand but the evolution website tested them and they were proven to be just as good as the big name brands) Bought mine from ebay for 37 bucks. I love it and can't wait to get the car running again.
