555 grow/hum ??

I put an 87 T2 in my 88 C/S car and have been driving it for about 3 or 4 weeks now. I noticed right out gate the car was an little noisey when driving but the last few days it has become VERY loud is this the shaft wear I have read about?

This is my first 555 I have had to live with on the street so I am not sure?

it could be wearing that fast if there is no fluid in it. dont ask me how i know about ruining a fresh 555 that way.. i will simply claim that i do NOT know. yeah............................


check the fluid.

Mine's noisy too. It chatters when I pull out, and growls and whines on the highway...but it's been like that for the past 3 years, so I just assume that's the way it is...
