Can I convert my valve body (413) to reverse manual? If so, where can I find instructions?

Their kit can convert to manual valve body.
You can get them from NAPA for around $40.

Does that kit reverse the pattern as well?

(123 instead of 321)

No, to make it reverse, you need to change a bunch of stuff.
